About Sepja

Sepja Studio is provided by Eman Borg . These terms apply to Sepja.com and its connected AI tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You can reach me through the support page .

Sepja helps you create and edit saved 3D room layouts from descriptions and references. This initial version does not offer payments or purchases. Your AI provider or other services you choose may charge separately under their own terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts and spaces you are entitled to access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have appropriate parent or guardian authorisation where the law permits it. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you have in your uploaded content and designs. You give us permission to host, store, process, display and share that content as needed to provide the features you use, including saved history, collaboration and requested AI processing. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the images, plans, descriptions and other material you provide. Do not upload unlawful content, disclose someone else's confidential information without permission, attempt to access another user's private data, introduce malicious code or interfere with the service.

AI edits and design accuracy

AI can create, move, recolour or remove objects and restore earlier scenes when instructed. Review important changes and use saved history where appropriate. Suggestions, dimensions and layouts made from photos may be incomplete or inaccurate; outputs may also resemble other users' results.

Sepja is a planning and visualisation tool. Its output is not a measured survey, building specification, structural assessment or professional certification. Independently verify dimensions, clearances, suitability and applicable requirements before buying items, carrying out work or relying on a design for safety.

Shared spaces and connected applications

Inviting another person gives them access to the shared room, reference images, conversation and edit history, with the ability to make changes. Members may use their own authorised AI connections. Owners manage invitations and membership through Sepja. Removing access does not remove copies already obtained by a recipient.

Connecting an AI application authorises it to use the permitted Sepja tools on accessible spaces. Review the permissions you grant and disconnect applications you no longer use. Third-party applications and providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and responsible use

Features may change, be limited or become temporarily unavailable. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or breaches of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Keep your own copies of information that is important to you.

Ending your use and privacy

You can stop using Sepja, disconnect AI applications and delete your account through account settings. The privacy policy explains data processing, shared contributions, retention and deletion requests. Contact support if you need help retrieving your data or exercising your rights.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for checking designs and deciding how to use them. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live. Please contact us first about a dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be brought to your attention as appropriate before they apply. The date above identifies the current version.
