What to include

Mention Sepja Studio , your account email, what you were trying to do and the approximate time of the problem. A room name or link, browser name and the exact error message can help. Share screenshots only if they do not reveal information you want to keep private.

Never send your password, API keys, authentication codes or access tokens. If you are reporting an exposed credential, revoke it through the relevant service.

Common questions

Connect ChatGPT or Claude

Create a Sepja account and verify your email. In your AI assistant's connector settings, add Sepja using https://sepja.com/mcp, then sign in to Sepja and approve the connection. Custom connectors may depend on your AI provider's plan or workspace settings.

Try: Create a 6 by 5 metre living room with a sage sofa and an oak table. Open the returned Sepja link to see your editable 3D room. You can also ask the assistant to find an existing room, read your canvas changes or restore an earlier saved version. Editors can change shared rooms; viewers can read them.

Upload room photos and sketches in the room's References panel. Ask your assistant to inspect a specific reference when needed. Keep the room open and visible when requesting rendered views. Designs based on images are approximate and do not replace measured plans or professional construction advice.

An AI edit has not appeared

Keep the room open and allow about ten seconds for its next update. Refresh if needed and check history for saved changes before asking the AI to repeat a write.

I want to undo a change

Open the room's history and choose an earlier version. Going back saves a new version and keeps the others.

I want to disconnect an AI

Open Connected apps and disconnect it. You can also review its connection from the AI provider's own settings.

I need help with a shared room

To show a room without giving editing access, open Share and choose Create viewing link . Friends can open it on their phone or computer without an account. The link includes a room preview for social apps. Use Refresh preview after changing your design, or Turn off link to stop access. Editor invitations are a separate option on the same page.

The owner can manage members and invitation links from the room's sharing page. Revoking an invitation stops future joins through that link; remove an existing member separately to end their access.

Privacy and account requests

Account deletion is available in account settings . For a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, or to ask how long it is kept, email sepja@sepja.com and mention that it is a privacy request. See the privacy policy for details and the terms for service conditions.
